The human-like empathetic response robots are tools that will be a reality quite soon. The robots that mimic humans are tools that might make things like next-generation spy tools and covert operators. The AI-controlled robot that can mimic empathy is the tool that can be a valuable tool for people, who are lonely. The emphatic robot can map the reasons why a person is alone. 

Those robots can play patients in therapeutic training sessions. But, the problem is that those robots are multipurpose tools. Like the human body, the robot is not made for only one purpose. The program determines the purpose of the robot. 

The empathy mimic robot can be good or bad. 

The emphatic robot can act as an undercover operator in drug gangs. The same system can operate as the test-person for dating applications. Those robots that mimic empathy can make a map, could the person be somehow dangerous. Those robots can keep in contact with central computers through the internet and satellites. The ability to link multiple computers and robots to the morphing neural network helps those robots act. 

And it can bring our worst nightmare to reality. That means every person in the world can change into an AI-controlled cyborg that follows orders without real morals and ethics. The thing that supports the AI-controlled cyborg is that this kind of system doesn't switch their side. Those robots are tools that can save human life. They don't let nice-looking people cheat themselves. 

The same tools can be perfect toys for people like Kim Jong-Un. The robot is a tool that doesn't have knowledge, consciousness, and willingness as we know it. Robot always follows their programs. The programmer decides what the robot can make. The robots that can slip into the gangs and act as monitoring tools are good tools in the right hands. But in the wrong hands those systems are terrifying tools.
