The Chinese AI strategy is simple. That country wants to be the number one actor in AI development by 2030.



The new Chinese AI called “Manus” doesn't need humans for self-development. We can wonder how the Chinese can make that tool. The thing that guarantees success is the high-ranking official and political support for the AI framework. The Communist Party of China determines its official goal for AI development is that China will be the number one actor in AI development by 2030. That is the official goal. And we know that China wants to use AI as a tool to control people. And work as an ultimate intelligence tool. 

That means Manus is quite near the Artificial General Intelligence, AGI. The AGI is the tool that can control things across the technological field. The AI can connect the robot’s operating systems to itself. The other way is that the AI rewrites the operating system for machines. And that makes those AI systems more versatile than normal AIs. But the fact is this: the new normal will be the AI. And China wants to be number one in that development work. The AI strategy for Chinese R&D work is simple. China wants to be number one in AI development by 2030. And that work gets high-level political support. 

This means that people who work with the AI and R&D programs in that system will get privileges if they work with that work. In China, authorities and high-level political leaders understand the benefits that AI can bring to their work. The hacker spies who brought lots of highly classified data into the hands of the Chinese intelligence gave a demonstration of high-level political support and investments in data skills to Chinese authorities. Those hacking cases from 2011 to 2015 brought hypersonic missiles and other things into the Chinese hands. And still today we discuss how we can stop AI development. So, maybe the Chinese want to be number one in AI development.

- China is becoming a world leader in AI because of government support and its focus on computing efficiency.

-The country’s AI industry and related sectors could grow into a market valued at $1.4 trillion by 2030.

-China’s AI investments may break even by 2028 and deliver a 52% return on invested capital by 2030.

-U.S. export controls could create barriers for AI development in China but won’t stop its progress.

- AI is likely to boost China’s GDP growth by powering investment in the next two to three years and improving productivity over the longer run.

They can make things like AI-spying tools that operate in the net like ghosts and steal data from anywhere they want. And that data can be driven to another AI that makes models for the manufacturing platforms. Maybe we say to the Chinese that they should not steal our data from companies who spent years on that thing. But maybe the Chinese will understand us, and stop making those tools. AI is the new tool for the arms race. It can collect data from multiple sources and then use that data to make new solutions. One version of how the hostile actor gets access to data is to cheat people using that actor’s AI. That thing can happen simply by offering better tools for people. That tool can copy data to the databases, where intelligence officials can have access. But how to remove warnings and things like censorship? 

The Chinese AI refuses to discuss things like the Tiananmen incident, where Chinese authorities crushed the opposition. One version is simply to make their AI for foreigners and then that AI can dump data to the PLA’s intelligence section. That means the AI can operate like any other AI. But it dumps data to China by using backup backup. So, if some Western actor can make something using those AIs that means they make backup copies of that data straight to Chinese intelligence official's servers. 

This is one of the things that we must realize. When we put limits on AI development. The high-level political support means that those AIs and other things are more effective than we even realize. That support means that those systems and their developers have full access to the user's data. So there are no breaks for that work.

If we want new ideas we must be open to them.



The science facilities play a vital role in the R&D process. Things like Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and AREA-51 offer technical support and new innovations for the USA in civil and military sectors. The thing with technological advancement is that nobody can predict its routes. The fact is that: we can deliver our innovations for other nations by using one thing. We can deny innovations if we want simply blaming engineers and other scientists. If we want to deliver all our products to Mr. Trump and Mr. Musk we must only deny the R&D development. 

R&D is the key to the new equipment in the civil and military sectors. Being open to new ideas gives the landscape where innovations can grow. That means we should not underestimate science itself. Science is the thing that people do just for themselves.  When scientists find some phenomenon, there is an analysis of how people can use that phenomenon. 

Things like altermagnetism and other kinds of stuff like stopped photons are things that can make communication more secure than ever before. New things like radio telescopes can make things like follow the radio signals that come from a distance. 

They can eavesdrop on opponents' communication antennas or they can destroy or drop enemy drones. Or they can help to call scientists to some country. The limits are the worst thing that people can do for the R&D process. Limits and rules are only papers or texts on screen. And in the worst cases, the nation that made those rules will not even follow them. 

The AI is coming and that is the thing that we must realize. AI is the thing that can make it possible to control many objects. In stock marketing that means thousands of investments. And AI-based stock trading is the thing that will not allow the investor to make defeats. The AI can sell those objects immediately when they start to go down. And that makes the AI a tool that can guarantee profits. 

The AI is a tool that can make life better or worse. It's the most effective tool in modern computing. It's possible. The EU and other countries limit the use of that tool. That can make our lives better. But in the worst case, some actors like China and the USA, or some South American countries will not follow those regulations. They can call innovative people to make the AI. And that is one of the things, that can break the economy in the entire EU.  

There are stories that AI is bad for science. People published AI-based writings and said that the AI made their texts. That thing is similar to cases that other human makes the texts that developers or scientists introduce as their own. The source in those texts is the AI. The problem is that there are always people who want to cheat. They choose easy ways to make their thesis. That is wrong. But the problem is that nobody does their work with the computers there their schools have access. Those things are normally made with students' own computers.

The easy things in AI are gone.



"THE LOW-HANGING FRUIT IS GONE. THE HILL IS STEEPER."

CEO of Google.  Sundar Pichai is saying sayonara to the era of easy AI advancements.

The new AI advances require better hardware and better programming. With better education and studies. The thing that we should make is that. We should consider that the users of the LLM know where they should not use the AI.

 If people believe that the Chat-GPT is the tool that can act as a therapist or make everything. That they want. They are on the wrong route. We must call also other people to discuss with engineers to make decisions. Where do we want to go with the AI? The engineer who makes AI can use it. But does the normal person even know where they can use those tools? 

Normally we see either, positive or negative news about AI. But there are both sides in the AI. 

We can find many positive and many negative things in AI. The AI is like all other tools. There is the possibility to use them for positive and negative things. 

The human user makes decisions about where to use AI. AI is here to stay. It makes life easier. But AI is a fundamental tool. All tools need training and exercise so that they work like they should. 

Maybe the new campaign for citizens should be the AI driver's license that is similar to a computer's driver's license. However, the focus should be on the reasonable use of AI. The AI that draws bears who use computers is not the AI that searches tumors from X-ray images. And the AI that controls aircraft and drone swarms is far away from those two things. 

The Chairman of Google said that Easy solutions for AI are over. And we need new tools to make the new types of AI. But before we create any new types of AI. We must ask ourselves, what do we want? Do we want the AI that makes everything for us? The AI is not ready to think like humans. 

Another thing is that the AI is not qualified to work as a therapist. That means people should be informed of the limits of the AI. And the second thing is that the AI is not the tool that can make everything. If we want to use AI as a therapist that system requires lots of work. The AI requires certified parameters to act as a therapist. And do we want that thing? Do we want to transform everything into algorithms? 




Don't overestimate the AI, but don't underestimate it. More you know about it. More safer you are. 

Before we create new AI-based tools like algorithms or LLMs we must ask what we need, what we want. And what we can do. If we can make an AI that can work as a salesman or secretary for some boss there is a long way that the AI can operate as a therapist. 

It is the tool that should help humans. But it cannot make independent decisions. The AI has multiple limits. There are also dangers in that system. Sometimes the AI or intelligent chatbot causes situations where the people who have some problems harm themselves. 

If they use chatbots for therapeutic purposes. When we protect people's privacy we forget to ask, what the LLM should do if somebody seems self-destructive. 

The problem is that the chatbots like Chat-GPT and its competitors are not made for therapeutic purposes. There are people. Who use those creative chatbots for therapeutic purposes. And the fact is that those intelligent chatbots are not tested for those things. That means those systems can give answers that are not tolerated. And those cases mean. That we, or some other person expect too much about the LLM's and other AI solutions. 

The AI can make many impressive things like paintings or art by following text commands that the user gives. The newest tool is that the AI can make computer-game-type virtual worlds by following orders. That thing makes it possible to create a virtual model of cities and other places using spoken or written commands. 


AI can be a new tool for police work. The victim of a crime can use the AI to make the image of the person who made the crime. That makes the police artists' work easier. The same systems can be used to collect data from opponents' military systems or some other classified platforms. But those AI systems don't think. They just follow algorithms. 

The AI can change our way of thinking because it doesn't think. If the AI follows the page ranking the AI selects the popular homepages for making the solution. The AI just combines the text from different homepages. And if it selects the most popular homepages that can cause massive problems. The biggest problem is that toxic homepages are popular if we want to calculate only the clicks. And the clicks are the easiest way to measure how popular some texts are. The thing is that this can polarize information that the AI gives very much. 

And finally. Do we want the AI that thinks for us? Do we want to make a doctoral thesis using AI? That is the big thing in the AI. We can make many new things using AI. But are we going too far? When we go to some school. Maybe we want to learn something. 

But if some AI makes everything to us. That means we don't learn anything. So if we want to go to a situation where the AI makes a doctoral thesis and even thinks for us, we go to a situation where we raise the AI over us. When we cheat in cases like schools the only thing that we cheat is ourselves. The AI is the thing that requires training. The worst thing is to accept the thing, that AI cannot make everything. And it's dangerous to misuse it.

Why is the AI-development so hard to control? 


Sometimes, researchers say that the developers of the AI lost control of their product. The reason for that is that the AI advances so fast. But they don't answer questions about why AI advances so fast. The answer is that the AI takes part in the AI development. The other thing is that the AI is the tool, that almost everybody can use. 

The AI is not a tool that everybody can use automatically. The system requires that the user gives commands using good grammar. So learning to give commands in the right way to AI takes time. And the AI use requires practice. Or everything can go wrong. 

The ability to use AI to make new solutions and new applications increases the number of solutions, that use the large language models, LLM, or can communicate with LLM through some other applications. That means that. Many more or less official enthusiasts use AI for software development. And that causes the effect. That the AI-using developers will create many new more or less legal applications. The AI can almost automatically create legal applications. So there is no problem with those things. 

There are people. Who tries to slow the AI advancement, but the problem is that those people work with their own AI projects. Another problem is that they work in high-class positions in their ICT corporations. That means those people will face suspicions about things like cartels. Or otherwise saying dealing over company borders is against the business laws. Sometimes people just say that those leaders want to keep breaking because their own AI projects are not successful. 

When we think the AI as the code generator, that application makes it possible for developers to create large-scale projects benefiting AI. The code, that the AI makes requires biz talk between developers and the AI. The development process is the interaction where the AI and developer play "ping pong" with software. That means, that the AI can operate in a test application and then the human developer tells how the code must be changed. The AI can automatically make code, that the programming application can change. But of course, the program requires adjustment for things like paths and other things. The system can run test applications on the server. 

The ability to make a large code that is ready for run is the thing, that makes the AI a powerful tool. That means the AI can create many things faster than before it. Another thing is that AI is the tool that allows even one man to begin quite a large programming project. This person requires at least basic programming skills. Like putting paths into the right form. And the code that the AI makes under the control of nonqualified coders might not be very beautiful.

The brain-controlled robots are not science fiction anymore.



The idea of the BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) is taken from the biomechanic prosthesis. That gives people the ability to control prostheses by using neural signals. The modern versions of that prosthesis are using WLAN or Bluetooth communication. 

And that means the electrodes of those advanced systems are under the skin. There are no external wounds in that kind of system. And the transmitter gets its electricity from similar batteries that are used in pacemakers. Or the more futuristic systems can use neuro-electricity as an energy source. 

Paralyzed people can control their wheelchairs by using the BCI (Brain-Computer Interface). The key in the brainwave control robots is simple. The user of the robots uses those systems through a computer. 

BMI (Brain-Machine Interface) requires the BCI to operate. And teaching the BCI can happen by simulation. The key for those systems is that the computer must recognize the EEG that the brain sends at certain moments. 

And, the simulations can teach the BCI to connect the BCI to a certain action. The requirement for the perfect BCI system is that the computers know what kind of brain waves the brain sends when it wants to do something. 

Those BCI systems development is not as difficult as people normally think. The developers can use simulators as an example, a driving simulator where the person drives by using a virtual device. The computer will record those brainwaves while the person uses this machine. 



There are three stages in that process. 


*The driver will control the virtual device by using regular controls. And the system will record the EEG in those moments.  The system connects that EEG to the movements of the control systems. 


When as an example driver turns the wheel or presses the gas pedal the system connects that action with the EEG. And then that record can use for making the BCI system. 


*In the next stage the controller will not use physical control systems. That means the controller can make movements but the system compiles the EEG to the records that are made in the first moment. 


*And in the last stage, that data can connect to the other vehicles. The BCI might require that person moves hands or feet. 


But the goal of that kind of development process is that the user of that kind of system requires only a helmet where the electrodes are. The system can interact with users by using HUD glasses. 

Or in the most advanced visions, the system interacts with brains by stimulating the cerebral cortex or brain core. That kind of simulation makes the robot the external body of the user. The user cannot make difference between the senses. That is coming from robots and the user's senses. 

But how to eliminate the need to move hands or feet if the person uses BCI to control things like jet fighters? In some visions, the person just is paralyzed by using chemicals. Or who cares how the person who is remote-controlling some robot moves their hands or feet?

What would be the EIS and what makes this kind of things interesting?


EIS(1) (Everywhere International SME:s) means one of the most interesting things in research and development or R&D. SME:s (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) (2) is one of the most effective methods to make the R&D effective. The small size enterprises are offering a good forum and environment for research projects. 

That kind of environment is helping to keep the project team motivated and the secrets inside the house, by using this model where the company is multiple cell companies nobody can slip in the group without somebody noticing that thing. Also, the team would not have unnecessary bureaucracy, but when we are thinking this kind of research in large-sized companies, we must remember that the company can create an auxiliary business name for new projects. Or it can establish the sub-company, which is fully owned by it. 

This type of cell model company is very safe if we are thinking about information security. And the cell-model helps cover the information, what is not wanted to give for the great audience. That means that the workers, who are working with confidential projects must not carry ID-cards or use computers, which can connect them with certain companies. 

So, in this case, the worker or even the big chief cannot connect themselves to companies like Lockheed-Martin, and that thing helps them keep things secure. And that thing also keeps them safe, if they must land to the hostile land, and in this case, the hostile actors cannot connect them anything secret. 

But what we need in that case, if the company works in a multinational environment? We need the thing, what teaches things to those people very fast. And that kind of technology, which allows a person to learn things like foreign languages in a very short period. The same method can be used to teach other things like engineering skills or military tactics. 

The most intensive way to learn things 


The most effective way to learn things is to involve as many neurons as possible in that process. And this thing is under research because in business life and intelligence world needs to create things like linguistic skills as fast as possible. So if the person has 24 hours to learn the new language, how people should work in that case? 

Would you think this kind of thing is impossible, and even that thing is possible, those kinds of methods are really dangerous. They affect straight to the nervous system and multiple areas at the same time. So if something goes wrong that thing could cause horrifying psychosis. And it can be used to create faked memories. 

The idea is to combinate all learning methods, what people have ever created and use them at the same time as a person. That thing would contain the subliminal voice, very fast flap images and electromagnetic stimulation to brain core. Also, the nerve tracks of hands can be used to give stimulation to the person. This thing would be the ultimate version of virtual reality. So this kind of thing would contain things, what some people would want to keep in secret.
