Quantum computer and machine learning are powerful combinations
If we will connect the quantum computer to machine learning, we would get the most effective tool in the history of computing. That tool allows handling the great masses of data, and this thing would make this thing the most ultimate remote-control tool, what we ever have seen in history. And this thing might be more dramatic than electric light or even the Internet itself.
The thing, what we don't normally think about the quantum computer is that thing would be the ultimate tool for many things like molecule search, but the thing what we also should consider is that this kind of machines can crack every algorithm on the Earth, and that thing means that the system can crack also the nuclear weapon launching codes. This makes the ultimate tool the ultimate weapon itself. It could break the access code to every system on the Earth, and allows the creators of that kind of machine access to make everything that they want on the Internet.
The thing is that even if the quantum computer would be the size of the small city, it can remotely be used by the laptops. And that thing means that the system can go int the wrong hands in the case of hacking or something like that. This means that the quantum computer can be stolen simply slip in it's operating systems, and then remote use that kind of thing.
Machine learning
Machine learning especially that thing is spontaneous could cause problems with computers. When we are thinking about the regular computer, there are simple computer programs, everything that the computer makes has been programmed by some code maker. So every action what this kind of machine makes is predictable, and the thing is well known and documented.
The spontaneous machine learning makes the computer able to operate the way, what cannot be predicted or what cannot be found from the user manuals. This ability is extremely important for robots, which are operating places, where is unable to make radio contact. And the second thing is that the independently operating combat drones need this kind of ability.
Network-based systems can be extremely hard to make unable to operate
Learning neural and network baser architecture makes possible to collect data from the success of the different type of robots and tactics like approaching profiles. If some profile would seem to be wrong, that thing means that the system will deny it. So the system, which coordinates the operation can choose the most effective equipment and mission profiles. And this thing makes artificial intelligence so effective.
Artificial intelligence is neutral. It would not have feelings or anything like that. When the mission is given to network-based systems every vehicle and device, what is connected to the system will get every kind of data, what each system will collect and share with others. This thing makes that kind of systems very hard to damage or make unable to operate.
